By Solomon Agborem*The Divisional Officer for Buea Sub Division, Abba Abdouraman has called on the population of his administrative unit to live in unity and promote peace in all they do.D.O Abba was speaking on Friday May 17,2024 during a field visit to some communities in Buea Sub Division in his capacity as Chairperson of the Human Investment committee in preparation for the National celebration in Buea, Chief town of the Southwest Region.The inspection started at the Sub Divisional Office Buea, where the D.O led the cleaning exercise alongside his collaborators in the presence of Hope Advocates Africa a non governmental organization who also participated in the clean up as a way of giving back to the community.Addressing the population in Muea the D.O stressed on Unity, peace and love for when there is war, a farmer cannot go to his farm and the business man will not open his shop. Thus there is need for normalcy so that children can learn under favourable conditions for a better Cameroon. He late r invited all to massively participate in the National Day celebration on May 20.Over in Wolikawo the DO was received by a vibrant community who had been engaged in clean up activities.The DO later supervised cleaning at the Southwest Governor's office where taxi drivers had assembled for a similar clean up exercise.Most of those who took part in the human investment lauded the D.O for his high level human resource management skills, exceptional leadership that led to a huge success of the clean up activities within Buea.Source: Cameroon News Agency
