KIRINYAGA: Deputy President Prof Kithure Kindiki today attended a church service in Karima, Ndia Constituency, Kirinyaga County. The DP later presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the AIPCA Chapel in Karima.According to Kenya News Agency, this marks the Deputy President's first visit to Kirinyaga County since his promotion from Cabinet Secretary for Interior to Deputy President, following the removal of Rigathi Gachagua from the position. The Deputy President was joined by Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Andrew Karanja, Ndia MP George Kariuki, Githinji Gichumu from Gichugu, Wainana Njoroge from Kieni, Karuria Njoroge from Gatundu North, and other leaders from Kirinyaga County.
