KISUMU: A cross section of leaders from Kisumu County led by Kisumu Governor Prof Anyang' Nyong'o have joined Kenyans from all walks of life in eulogising former Alego Usonga MP Peter Oloo Aringo. Governor Nyong'o in his condolence message sent to media houses eulogised the late Aringo as a staunch crusader for justice and truth besides propagating numerous development initiatives in the Alego Usonga Constituency.According to Kenya News Agency, Nyong'o extolled Aringo as among the political titans in the Nyayo era who ushered critical development initiatives in the country. He cited the critical contributions of Aringo in formulating Bills in Parliament as well as steering the development of the education sector in the country, including expansion of university education through the establishment of three more public universities during his tenure. Nyong'o urged residents to remain calm and peaceful as burial preparations for the late Minister unfold.
