On May 26, 2024, Gendarmes in Kumbo, in the North West region, arrested Dissangou Atemga Sphesien, for selling miliatry fatigues and war ammunitions of varioud calibers.Identified as a member of the 51st Support Battalin in Kumbo, the soldier with matricule T19/38741 was arrssted alongisde an accomplice with whom they carried out the illegal act.It was not revealed to whom he waselling the ammunitions.Kumbo is a hot spot in Bui division where Separatist attacks against State forces have not reduced since 2017 when the conflict started.Source: Cameroon News Agency
