Kisumu: Kisumu Governor Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to transforming the county through strategic international partnerships aimed at driving socio-economic and infrastructural growth.
According to Kenya News Agency, the governor spoke on Monday during a meeting with a high-level delegation from Yiyang City in Hunan Province, China. Prof. Nyong’o emphasized that the visit marked a significant step toward establishing long-term collaboration in sectors crucial for the sustainable urban development of Kisumu.
‘The delegation presents a prime potential partner in urban development, waste and sewerage treatment, affordable housing, and security surveillance projects,’ stated the governor.
