However hinted that, the Central Department of Judicial Investigation, 'were receptive and had to work with Secretary of State in the Ministry of Defense incharge of the National Gendarmerie.'Barister Amungwa Nico further disclosed, the complaint was forwarded to the Legion Commander of the South West region. Who he said didn't do 'the needful', prompting their continuous follow-up in Yaounde.Plaintiffs include Barrister Tamfu Richard, and family of late Bule Linus whose grievances also stated that, Moja Moja's activities forge separatist agenda. They allege that some elites are at the back and need to be investigated.'His activities of hate speech were acclaimed if not corroborated by some elites and politicians of the South West,' Barister Amungwa Nico asserted.Nothing has been heard from Moja Moja since his arrest and evacuation to Yaounde, mid May.
