A 23-year-old lady called Brigitte has been detained at a Police District station in Mendong, Yaounde- Centre region for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death, Tuesday evening during a fight.A security source disclosed she surrendered herself to them and said she stabbed Tsague Ghislain, her boyfriend for refusing to give her the money she requested. This to her was hard to bear, though she did not have the intention of killing him.Security officials are carrying out thorough investigations to shed more light on the matter.This is the 2nd murder case reported in the capital city Yaounde in 2024. The first was a 22-year-old young man called Bertrand who was stabbed and killed in Nkolmesseng on the night of January 1, by yet-to-be-identified individuals.Source: Cameroon News Agency
